1.- Who is the Data Controller for your data?

Identity: LOAN Inmobiliaria
Postal address: Calle Reverendo José Noguera 3, 55
Phone: 698881358
Email: info@loaninmobiliaria.com

2 – How long will we retain your data?

Personal data collected through the website forms will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information. Once these purposes are met, the data may be kept for a period of 4 years for statistical, administrative, and commercial purposes of the entity. If the data has been provided for the purpose of rendering certain services, it will be retained for as long as the service provision relationship is maintained and, thereafter, for the legally established period.

Should we receive a CV (either because we open a selection process or because the person sends it voluntarily), it will be archived for the strictly necessary time to respond to the candidate or until the selection process concludes. Once this period has passed, it will be deleted from our databases, and we will not perform any further processing on it.

3 – What is the legal basis for processing your data?

We are legally permitted to process the data we request from you, as you have provided your consent to do so. This is because you have expressly manifested your consent by activating the ‘I have read and accept’ checkbox.

4 – Is your data shared with other recipients?

The data you enter on the website will not be communicated to other companies, except by legal imperative or to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided. In this regard, and by way of example, we inform you that your data is collected through forms embedded on our website, which is hosted on the servers of the company https://www.ionos.com/, which has a data center that complies with GDPR, https://www.ionos.es/ayuda/proteccion-de-datos/reglamento-general-de-proteccion-de-datos-rgpd-lo-mas-importante/?source=helpandlearn.

5 – Is the location of a server important from a data protection perspective?

Yes, it is very important that servers are located in states that provide an adequate level of personal data protection, as is considered when they are located in a country within the European Economic Area or in one of the countries listed on the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Therefore, if a website is in Spanish and primarily targets users in Spain, it is preferable to choose a Spanish or foreign server with a data center in Europe.

6 – What rights do you have when providing us with your data?

These are as follows:

  • Right to information: You have the right to be clearly informed BEFORE your data is collected about what data of yours is being processed, for what purpose it is processed, where the data was obtained, and whether it will be or has been communicated to anyone.
  • Right of access: To know what data of yours is being processed, for what purpose it is processed, where the data was obtained, and whether it will be or has been communicated to anyone.
  • Right to rectification: To modify any inaccurate or incomplete data of yours.
  • Right to erasure: To cancel your inadequate or excessive data.
  • Right to object: To prevent your data from being processed or to stop its processing, though only in cases established by law.
  • Right to restriction of processing: To request that data processing be suspended in cases established by law.
  • Right to data portability: To receive your provided data in a structured, commonly used electronic format and to transmit it to another controller.
  • Right not to be subject to individualized decisions: So that no decision is made about you that produces legal effects or affects you based solely on the processing of your data.

7 – How can I exercise my rights?

To exercise any of your rights, you must send a request to info@graficoywebvalencia.es including:

  1. Photocopy of your ID (passport or other identification document) or electronic signature.
  2. Content of your request and, if necessary, the documents that support it.
  3. Address (for notification purposes), date, and signature.

If you exercise your rights through an expressly designated voluntary representative, you must provide the document or electronic instrument that proves the representation.

In the event that the data subject is a minor or incapacitated, rights will be exercised by their duly accredited legal representative.

8 – What can I do if my rights have not been addressed?

Should you consider that we have not satisfied your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency on their website: https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/vistas/formReclamacionDerechos/reclamacionDerechos.jsf
